Alright level 2, it’s time to crank up the difficulty level. In this level 2 demo, I’ll show you how I tackled one of the hand poses from an imagined angle.

Level 2 versions of a new set of hands. Really one of the more challenging projects so far; I've spent around 45 minutes for one hand. But I found out that first placing the big box of the palm then seeing how the connected boxes' edges relate to it, and so on, helps be build the hand gradually.
I think I still need a lot of practice to get comfortable with rotating hands freely though.

Man this is hard…

That was very hard but still very useful. A lot of boxes, overlap and perspective. Hope I did it right.

Thanks for the demo!
Seeing Stan do these is always a good reminder of how much more I need to practice. :D With that in mind, here's a new hand with another attempt at level 2.

I was wondering what you where doing when you drew the pinky in the sketch. Literally went "am I crazy? the pinky should be completely covered" XD
Didn't think of connecting the thumb with a triangle like Stan did, I'll keep it in mind.

Thx for the demo, i now know why i dun like my assignment. They are way too intuitive and focus on the hands instead of boxes. The reasoning process is great, n I believe i need to start drawing in a more analytical manner. ellipse, its ellipse, another part to struggle : )
