Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product, then we have no interest in forcing you to keep it. Therefore, refunds are available to customers within 30 days of your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply use the Help! contact form located at the bottom right of this page to initiate a refund request.
While we generally ask no to few questions when we receive a refund request, all refund requests will be reviewed, particularly for evidence of wardrobing. Wardrobing is a type of return fraud committed by legitimate shoppers who buy with the intention of returning an item after use. Please note that we do not condone wardrobing as it is unfair to our instructors and directly impacts their livelihood. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if more than 25% of a courses’ downloadable material is downloaded by a student.

Premium courses are designed to give artists a detailed understanding of a specific subject. While we pride ourselves on releasing tons of high quality free videos here on the Proko site, as well as on our YouTube channel, premium courses offer more detailed and in depth look at the concepts and techniques our free videos touch on.
Premium courses are downloadable, they include extended videos, plenty of assignment demos and examples, eBooks, critique videos and 3D models. It’s all additional content that is designed to improve your drawing skills! Each premium course offers slightly different features. Check out the details of each course for more info.
Proko doesn’t operate on a membership basis. All products are available for individual purchase. You’ll get the premium content that belong to the course you purchased. .
Yes, most of the premium videos have English subtitles, as well as English transcripts that you can download.

We are the first online educator to integrate the community right into our learning platform. Our aim is to create a learning environment to replace or supplement in person art school. We want to bring affordable art education to anyone in the world with a device and a connection to the internet.
When you go to traditional school, you pay for the classes you want to take. You don't pay to have access to every class on campus. You would have choice overload. We also think you shouldn't have a time limit on your access to a course.
We believe that when you pay for a course, you should own it. You should also have the choice on how long you need to take or revisit course content. So, all of our premium courses are available for you to download. You have access to your courses and tools for life.
If you disagree with another user, please remember to keep it calm and kind. If you see poor behavior, report issues using the Help! form in located in the bottom right of this page.
Moderators are happy to check out a situation, but remember that it is their discretion if content is inappropriate or not. If two users are being inexplicably awful to each other, both may be removed from the community.
Please escalate to another moderator or administrator. If you’ve been banned and you feel like this was done in mistake, please reach out to support@proko.com.
Please keep in mind that our moderation has been instructed that they do not have to respond to rude or abusive messages. If you take the opportunity to personally insult our staff, they are not required to engage with you further. Please allow up to 14 days for a response.
