Here is my latest drawing for the assignment. For this project, I mainly learned to be a bit more relaxed. While working on the drawings I often struggled with getting the lines correctly in perspective. In some areas I noticed it and was able to fix it. In other places I found it harder, and I decided that it was good enough for now. The stairs, in particular, were a challenge for me and I’d be grateful for any tips on how you would have done it. In the end, though, I’m quite happy with the result and look forward to trying out Level 2 later on.

I really enjoyed the task! Thinking in three-dimensional space is quite confusing, but with practice it gets easier and easier. I’ll definitely revisit this task in the future. Here are my latest Ginger Root People. The figure in the bottom left is really more like a rabbit on steroids… let’s call him Steve. So, here are three Ginger Root People and Steve.

Haha these are awesome!

These turned out really nice! I like that dinosaur 🦖

Here are my attempts. The old car is my last picture. At first, I had little desire and motivation for the task. Fortunately, it became easier for me over time.

Here are my finished drawings for the task. There's a small star above each final box to make them easier to identify. I noticed that some boxes (4, 10, 11, 13) aren't long enough, and others (10, 12, 15) are too shaky. Do you think I should just spend more time on the task to solve these issues? Do you have any other or additional tasks or tips to learn how to draw the boxes more accurately? I would also appreciate it if you notice any other mistakes in my drawings that I don't see. Any feedback is welcome. Thank you.

Nice, thanks :*

I tried three drawings. The first two didn't turn out well at all. But that's okay, at least now I know what I'll be practicing in the coming days/weeks :)

I found this task quite difficult. I attempted to draw the first two pictures by hand. For the last attempt, I used a grid. Since I'm running a bit late, I'll have to take the photos with my phone at work because otherwise, I'd have to capture the images without natural light. A colleague was really enthusiastic about the task and the Proko page. The only question she had was why the sink was placed in such a strange way. I tried to explain it. I think she might find us a bit peculiar :D
@mariabygrove
Aw, these are brilliant. Love how you managed to combine a perspective exercise with so much imagination. And your line quality is so neat! Did you freehand it or use a ruler? I struggle with straight lines a lot.

I'm sorry for the little rant I'm about to leave here, you're content is excellent and out of any question, I absolutely love it, but the website and media player is making watching the videos way more painful than it should, at least in an android phone with Firefox. It freezes, jumps randomly, crashes... I don't know if there's something anyone can do to make this better or if this is the place to complain, but man... I want to learn but sometimes I can't because of this, and it's frustrating 😭😭😭 please let me know if this message doesn't belong here and I have to make it go though another channel 🙏🏼

Well, I have the same issues and Im using my Laptop with chrome or Ipad with Safari. I think maybe it’s because i live in Berlin and the server connection have problems with the long distance. Sometimes I download the video to watch it smoothly.

Asked for help
Hey, here are my drawings. I tried using the overhand grip for this task. In the beginning, I found it quite challenging to control the overhand grip... well, it's still very challenging. I also didn't really have a plan on how to start drawing the individual body parts(1st picture). I revisited the video "Draw Any Pose From Any Angle," and by the 12th drawing (2nd picture), I could at least see some improvement.  After that, I tackled one chapter of the video each day, took notes, and practiced what I learned. The pictures 3-6 are my latest drawings. I noticed that I started taking more time to create them, sometimes up to 20 minutes. This time will likely become shorter with more practice.
