Ok lets focus on her head. In the photo you can see her left eye is HIGHER than her right eye. Also, I think you are drawing too much of the right side of her face. I would say do not worry about shading anything right now. Focus on basic shapes first. Once you get that correctly, then do the shading. Hope that helps!

I like your drawings, there very good. I do have some nit picky things I thought would help a little.
I did some sketches to show you what I saw. The one thing is that you have a tendency to connect the breast with the pectoral on the side. This usually doesn't happen because the side of the breast attaches under the pec on the side. The exception is fake breasts because they fill in this section.
Also, make sure you don't put both breasts on the same side of the torso, keep them separate to give a 3 dimensional feel.

@Adam Wiebner If you'd take a suggestion, try using slightly softer edges on the shadows under the breasts, it might help make them feel a little bit more natural!
