I did two quick sketches while trying to practice line weight. With the bunny I kept the light and shadow in mind, (had to shade it's eye because it looked terrible with just lines) while the shoe is a combination of depth and light... I'm not sure I'm doing this right so I would appriciate any feedback!

This is the first assigment I did digitally, and it's been more fun than I expected. (On the first picture I drew it on the wrong layer but oh well) I'm looking forward to the demo, curious if I got the light right.

These look great! If I was to be very critical I'd probably add a bit more width to the line of his belly between the two front legs but and maybe to the bottom of the snout but that's almost not worth mentioning. Nice work 👍

I should probably learn how to stick to a framework when drawing. Starting with my big shapes and working my way down to the details. I assume if apply this it would help me familiarise myself with the subjects forms and be able to construct and manipulate those forms more freely and efficiently. critiques are more than welcome.

In my first attempt I skipped the studies, so I tried again after watching the demo and critiques. I have studies on one page, and exploration on the other, but I haven't picked one for step three; hopefully I'll add a final drawing too. I'm a bit lost with how their feet work, if anyone could help with that I'd appriceate it.

Hi :). Here are my two drawings for level 1. :)

These look great!

My first try: a baby elephant, a quokka that looks more like a hamster, a messy crab, and a snail without reference because I got carried away. I had fun and I'd like to do this assignment again if I'll have time!
Rachel Dawn Owens
These are super cute. Nice simplification of the forms

I'll be honest: I was terrified to do the hand and the VR girl. But I did it, and I ended up enjoying the VR girl a lot! Sorry for the paper texture and photo quality.

These all look great, really nice work! Clean lines in the VR girl, keep it up!!

My attempts at the level 1 and 2 photos. Definitely struggled with simplifying the boots but gradually tried to think more about simplifying the others. Still struggling a bit with making more confident lines, lots of trouble just trying to get the line that I want.

Love the boots it looks so clean and professional to me! Good job simplifying the others, maybe a bit too many details on the camel, but still looks good overall.

I had two attempts at this snail, first time I felt the neck proportions were off. Still not satisfied, but it's honest work xD I cringed through the boots and I lost my patience Now I will watch Proko drew them, hopefully my morale will go up again xD

I like the first snail and the boots as well I think it would be worth it to try adding the laces. It's hard but I got through it and the final result still looks good even though I messed up a few laces. I think your lines are pretty confident, good work!
