Noticed I missed the top of the letter r. Too late to edit the post, but here's the fixed version.

Here's my attempts. Think I had the most trouble with limbs - some of them feel a bit disconnected. But overall they were fun to do. The three drawings are by Kyoung Hwan Kim.

Here's a couple of my attempts. I notice I was inconsistent in where I connected the lower leg to the foot in the front/back views. But otherwise, I think I got the main idea.

I gave the garbage trucks another go without worrying about measuring everything. Then, I started exploring blob-boxes and different ways to develop the blobs. I think directly going to boxes is more intuitive for me, currently. Finally, I tried simplifying a Nurse Shark using simple forms as a starting point for organic objects.

I enjoyed the process of constructing the objects from an initial box - akin to solving a puzzle of sorts. Keeping track of all the lines proved difficult once or twice when drawing the garbage trucks. However, measuring things out was certainly useful in developing a more thorough understanding of the object in space, especially for the initial construction. I may attempt more drawings with the goal of relying less on measuring after constructing the initial drawing using reference.
Rotating the canvas definitely helped getting consistent and longer straight lines, particularly in the guitar neck.
Continuing, I plan to try and tackle simplifying more organic type objects and start experimenting with using blobs.
I got the course over Christmas break and have been slowly but surely catching up. Happy to be able to join in on this assignment. Cheers!

Great attempt! On your hand I think you've started a little dark with your lines, which makes it hard to see your though process as you explore the drawing. I would suggest (re)watching the tapered line video as well as the "searching lines" video.
On VR girl, there is more evidence of the searching. For example how you captured the rhythm across the shoulders connecting the arms.
Looking forward to more!
