@Stan Prokopenko GM, new student here.
Just a quick question on drawing from the shoulder.
I assume the hand/wrist should be stable and not moving, right?
Im only used to drawing from hand/wrist motion so its really hard to stop the movement. Wanna make sure thats what needs to be done to reinforce the positive habit.

Trying to make confident strokes like you. But I lost my proportions. I made single stroke and focused on line work only. I think it is my first day of drawing.

I can't believe that this might be the first time I actually follow the project rules (I drew it with CSI, without shading, finding big shapes and all. But when I finished I forgot to take a photo of it as it was and I started drawing random shading lines on the drawing just because I was bored

This is really awesome! Love the Bernie Wrightson. I think this is really how we should be doing this: draw the lesson, then apply it to things that interest you, then go through the demo. Well done 👍

Wanted to finish this drawing and found it as an opportunity to practice my line quality...and oh my lol granted, I know the tools are very different (Moebius probably used a dip pen? And I used a Staedtler lead holder {4B?} ) but this got messy... particularly the contour line shading. Values aren't the best either as far as the contour lines. I, did however, find some lines getting easier towards the end like the shadow lines on the walls. But it's a start!
