These are my other three drawings for the “Simplify to CSI” project. - I felt uncomfortable drawing the very small parts of the boots, more specifically the little holes where the laces go in. I found myself using only my fingers to draw them which is something Stan said we shouldn't do but using anything more than that made it even harder (i.e. using my whole hand to draw those small circles). Other than that, I like the end result. - The skull was alright. I knew I should have simplified the vertebrae but ended up adding more detail than necessary. >.< - Out of all the drawings, the camel was my favorite for some reason haha. Such nice curves and straight lines. (And look at him, look how happy he is!)

This is my third attempt at this particular drawing. During my first attempt, I realized I added waaay too many unnecessary details. During my second attempt, I noticed I hadn't simplified at all the drawing and simply drew what I saw. So this is my third attempt, using more straight lines and overall attempting a better "simplification" of the drawing. After I was finished, I watched both the demo and critique videos and realized I had several mistakes that Stan pointed out: - My table looks very wobbly. I should practice my straight lines. - I did not visualize my strokes before actually doing them nor did I ghost the strokes. - I have too many wobbly lines! I think this is because I unconsciously try to draw what I see instead of simplifying with straight, s, or c-curved lines. I will be drawing the other three reference images and applying these corrections to my drawings. If you have any other feedback (or agree or disagree with what I said), please let me know! I'd appreciate it!

I don't know why but this exercise kinda stressed me out a little bit haha 😅
