added comment inDay 9 - Facial Expressions - 12 Days of Proko
Reposting because I believe I messed up the last time, because I can't seem to find it. So this one was HARD, very difficult to capture the expression in the 2min warmups, I felt like I could barely set up the loomis head in that time. Then the 30 min practice really exposed to me my overal lack in ability to move the skin around on the skull. Very informative an I'm happy to have done this!

Got really out of my comfort zone and tried to not stress anything BUT color. Really went in and just thought about what was feeling best in each area.

I WAS SO EXCITED for this one that I decided I would do 5, 5 minute quick studies. Then a 25 minute lay in of the one I liked most from the quick studies, and finally, an hour study going off of the lay in. I tried to really get a feel of the drawing process I might use if I were actually taking classes. This was the first time I had done a drawing in in this sort of order and I loved it, it was so much fun and when I finally got to the hour study, I felt much more confident in what I was doing, I simply couldn't think beyond developing the shadows more because I've never had the confidence before to actually "get" to this stage of drawing. I'm really happy with myself and I can't wait to do this some more!

Hi! Here's my entry, can't wait for the next one! (25 min each pose) Single layer, and I got to try out some of my pencil brushes from Lane Browns master pack. Couldn't pick a favorite, they're all so good!
I've noticed that the brush sizes by default are very large, Does this mean the canvas size I'm using is far too small or are the brushes sized that way so that they maintain the desired texture when used large and small

Asked for help
Hi! These aren't in order, and I never intended to post these (so I apologise for how messy the pages are), but when proko 2.0 became live I thought that I really should
Mix of straight on, angled and profile views - all from reference. Any feedback whatsoever would be great! Thanks
