This time I went with the watercolor markers first (40 minutes). Really struggled with the colors, racked my brain how to better indicate the shadows. But I think it turned out okay-ish, still had to go over and fix something with some liners. Next I switched to digital again, and well.. 'be creative' they said. So here's the result of my creativity in 2 hours lol
Dug out the gouache, and used the Zorn palette. I had so much fun with it that I lost track of time, so I think these where closer to 40min each 😅
Having a go at line and Colour which I haven’t done before. It was really fun but boy there are a lot of layers. Lots of new things in this image for me, like fur and layer effects. So fun! I’ll definitely try this again, and can recommend it to shake things up. :)
I’m calling this piece done. I posted earlier because I wasn’t sure if we had to have it in that day. I love charcoal and newsprint! So fun and freeing!
Asked for help
The witch of Endor called a spirit up. This is charcoal on newsprint plus photoshop brush work on the right side. I need more practice, just had to get it down and out of my head.
