Asked for help
So, i want to ask into the void if there is anything you think is off about these 15 second figure drawing quick sketches?

Few small mistakes here and there, did the inking with a black Faber-Castell Pitt Pen F.

I feel pretty good about this one. Some angles proved more difficult, especially 11, where the hair covered the top half of the box, masking the perspective and leading to me redrawing it multiple times. In the end, however, I decided to fill out 11 for precisely this reason. I'd love a bit of feedback, as so many of you have graciously provided, regarding previous projects.
Martha Muniz
Looking good on your angles! Just watch out for the tendency to make the faces of the box too equal, where they almost look like square cubes. Think more of rectangular prism, with the face appearing long vertically and shorter horizontally.
Shannon Hartson
Thought I'd keep this one simple. Some of the lines look fuzzy, guess I'm not used to drawing in perspective without a ruler (probably handicapped myself a bit there by doing it that way for a while)
Rachel Dawn Owens
It’s fine to use a ruler sometimes. Your lines are a little wobbly here, but that’s ok. Just keep practicing. All the perspective looks good to me. The only thing I notice is the bottom corner of the wall could come down a little bit. That’s all. Keep it up!

Roughly a one hour session. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

These look great! I noticed you made the limbs long on these figures, which is a cool design choice. I like the gesture of the first drawing, I think you captured a nice, long flowing line there. It is the strongest drawing out of the 4. If you split the hour up evenly, it would be about 15 minutes per drawing? Which is awesome. If you don't already, try to throw in some 10 and 30 second drawings, and some 1 minute drawings as well. These will help you loosen up and find more gestural lines.
Shannon Hartson
Hey Patrick, I wanted to say thank you. I've been learning so much since purchasing your course. I've rewatched this one segment four times so far and will rewatch it four times more. Worth every penny. Did the completed version digitally again.

I had a lot of fun with these. And mind you, these are only level one sketches. I'll take my time with level two. Would love some feedback.
Rachel Dawn Owens
Nice seals! Very flowy and gestural. They are perfect for this assignment. I wonder what your drawings may look like with a few more straight lines. Adding some straight lines mixed in with the curves, will add more structure to your drawings. I drew a couple seals to show you. These are really fun. Good luck with level two. Can’t wait to see more!
Shannon Hartson
wow, this one was tough.
Gannon Beck
Good job!
Rachel Dawn Owens
Looks like you got it though! The proportions look well measured. If it was tough, that means you’re learning! Good stuff.
Shannon Hartson
Here is the level one assignment. If anything seems off, then please give me your suggestions on what I can do better next time.
