These are fun! I like the deflated lookin guy in the middle of the 3rd page.

First attempt on this exercise! Struggled a bit when it came to measuring proportions, and while it may not be 100% accurate at least I was able to get some of them. Feedback is highly appreciated, and I'll continue to do this exercise as much as I can ^^

First two images are from my first attempt before watching the demo, the other two are from my second attempt after watching the demo. Struggled a bit on this project, but I was able to get the hang of it. Feedback would be appreciated!

Interesting how a slight change in head proportions completely changes the facial expression.

Great stuff! I always admire Glen Keane's flow as he extends his lines out for the entirety of the section (e.g. arm, tail, etc), even if he redraws the line later on. Continuing on with it prevents the linework from looking scratchy and instead gives it a confident quality. I think you did a great job picking up on his flow here, nicely done :)

Here's stuff I did for Level 1 and Level 2! Was a bit of a challenge to do the light and shadow direction for Level 1, but I hope I did enough. Also attempted to do depth and form with the jars, spray and brushes in my desk but opted for the hierarchy of importance instead. Any feedback is appreciated! ^^
@citriphos
might attempt to do this project again w/ a different animal after watching the demo, but here's what I have so far! felt like drawing an octopus, had fun exploring a bit with the shapes, lines and proportions :D

It looks like you had fun with this! Keep it up :)

Some stuff I did for the assignment! was a bit rocky at first but as soon as I got to the VR Girl drawing I started to get more better and better with the line drawings :D any feedback would be appreciated ^^

(also ignore the Gunther doodles in the penguin drawing lol, I was a little bored one day and doodled on that exact page)
@citriphos
Snail was quick and simple enough, but the boots and skull took a while. Shoelaces were a challenge to simplify >< I definitely liked how the skull looked though :D Feedback is appreciated, thank you! ^^

I like how the boots look 3D

First time posting here and while I was happy with how the pear turned out for the Level 1 project, I feel like the Level 2 portrait would be better. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

These are so nice! I noticed that some of your tones were a little light. You have a very good eye to see such subtle changes. Try separating the mid tones more and don’t be afraid to go darker in some areas. Here is a draw over to show you what I’m talking about. I did very little to your drawing other than shift the values a bit and I simplified the shadow shape a touch more. I like the way you drew all the shapes. These drawings are appealing and lovely to look at.

Great job! For level 2 , prominent boundaries b/w different value cells will help you to analyze and organize values better. I see near the neck region, near jawline and right collar ( in image) it's not prominent. Gradient is there.
