Warhammer 40k Death company, these guys are dressed in black, so i wanted the enviourment to be a 5/10 grey, background a bit lighter to create a false negative effect and make the marines pop out, there will be gunfire lights which i plan to abuse to exaggerate the silhouette's of the marines, critique;s? PS: this is just a sketch, i just got some values in to get a better feel for the composition

I'm noticing 2 problems while trying to figure this out. 1, I am having a hard time finding the forward to back tilt of the pelvis, not sure what to do about that. 2, After doing the gesture I have to add volume to make it 3d for the boxes. I'm not seeing the whole volume in the gesture stage. Any help would be great.

Hi guys, this is my current anatomy study, I would appreciate your feedback, I know I still have a lot of mistakes, but I am having a hard time identifying what they are.

Back again with gesture. It's really exciting! Still confused on how to exaggerate the pose. I hope that I can get a feedback.

Hi, I am new to this course and I did some gesture practice. I would like to have some feedback and to know my mistakes.
I am in love with the classic painted Hollywood movie poster aesthetic, especially horror ones. It's amazing how busy, bright and colourful they were compared to their modern counterparts! So, I've decided to take every artist's nightmare and the story of my life essentially, and turn it into a classic scary flick. Enjoy! I'm sure you all can relate ;P

Hello!
I've tried the assignment, doing 3 poses from a pose website.
I found that not every pose is good for this exercise - seems like a lot of poses can just barely be exaggerated further, and also, it's hard to make an exagerrated pose not look stiff.
I'll be grateful for any critique, I'm trying to figure out what to focus on, what to do to improve (in partivular, make the poses less stiff and more realistic)
Hi David (and stan), what are the most important rules to define a female and male face and their features? what are the main differences?
