I need more patience to do things correctly, and to resist the temptation to just quickly add ink to those lines.
also, In my first attempt, I experimented with line weights to create a sense of perspective, applying what I learned in the basic course.

These planes are starting to fly off the page ✈️
Here’s a tip to help find the angle of the tail fin. Hope it helps.
Keep experimenting with the line weights. You’re doing great!

Asked for help
I did a simplified study of MC Escher’s Waterfall. I had a lot of trouble lining up the zigzagging pathways, but was happy with how it came out. I included a prior draft where I was still working out some problems. Lots of things to learn from on this one. One thing that I might try later is to incorporate the way Escher used the brickwork to lower the tops of each corner to make it seem more like the water could flow up. Great assignment, I really enjoyed studying this.
My brain is officially short-circuiting,
I'm lost in a wonderful maze of confusion. Send help (and more of this).

I attempted to apply the consistent shading techniques I learned in the Basics Course to this assignment.
Hope this is Ok.😁
looks great, it feels really solid and heavy! but shouldn’t the top of the two leftmost letters be shaded in?
