I think a lot of these are good, but I think because you focus a little more on the anatomical details some of the poses feel a bit stiff.

I had a hard time with some of the images provided that looked like they were twisting and some other pose. With poses I knew were twisting, I kinda struggled with how to put my curves on the beans. Also foreshortening like, bending forward into a fetal position were hard for me. Any advice would be helpful!

With foreshortening the general thing rule you can keep in mind is to draw the oval becomes more circle-ish,. Most of your twists look fine! Maaybe your ovals need some more practice in terms of line confidence and accuracy. They are a bit wonky sometimes. I always do two circles/ovals in the air before setting the pencil on the paper and I try to not to hesitate. This helps with accuracy and line-quality, but takes some practice, I still struggle with it too.

Here are some gestures I've done on my own last week. I've been doing gestures for 3 years on and off but this year I'm committing to practicing and learning some new techniques to use all this year and onward until I'm more comfortable. I tend to add notes to my gestures to help me remember what I'm struggling with and I also use pen to force myself to accept mistakes and not linger on a gesture for too long. Any critiques are appreciated.

Gestures should be a few longish lines to describe movement or flow of the body. Try to divorce yourself of the idea that gestures are outlines of a form. Gesture drawings on their can be beautiful into themself as a finish abstraction of the human body. Limit yourself to three or four lines. It can be fun and uplifting to test your skill by describing a complex form, movement, and emotion in a few simple lines. A great Gesture sketch is the starting point for a process that leads to all good realism. B

I think with this specific exercise I wouldn't worry too much about wrong proportions or it being "too rough" and really focus on the movement of the body and drawing confident lines. You could indeed push the some poses a bit more and exaggerate them. However there are some really good ones here! I'm impressed by the running pose you did from imagination.
@swampat
I thought I posted some images for critique already but I guess not. Sorry for the bad quality by the way.

These look lovely! Were they 30 second of 2 minute gestures?
@swampat
Here's some gestures I've been doing. Been doing them everyday for the last two weeks but I decided to choose the ones I feel I did good on. Any criticism and advice is welcome. Also, sorry if the camera quality is bad, can't really do anything about that right now.

Here's the first two attempts at gestures drawings before I watched the step by step video. Sorry if the quality is bad in this image, I'm hoping to get that issue fixed soon.
