I sort of miss understood the directions a little so my "experimental" sketches ended up being more just drawings from reference. I did find that they did help me gain confidence in the final drawing and the turn out was better than I expected from myself. I'm sure it still has problems that I wasn't able to spot so any critique are appreciated.

I find myself kinda struggling to make smaller strokes confident. probably because I get to worried about getting proportions and line exactly right. I'd gladly appreciate any criticism.

The first set is my second attempt I made after watching the demo. I re adjusted my focus to simplifying to the CSI instead of trying to get all the details. Overall I feel like I was able to simplify better and get higher confidence in my lines although they are still a bit wobbly in someplace mainly in parts of the laces. I'd greatly appreciate any feedback on these.

Nice work keeping every simple with C, S, and I lines. Looks like you’re getting it.

The boots are tough and I feel like I wasn't very confident with the lines. I will try the boots again after watching the demo because I want to see how I can improve them.

Mushrooms! Kinda messed up the first few before I got into the rhythm and I definitely need more practice on altering the strength of a line while drawing.

Definitely see a great improvement from the first to the last, nice loosening up! Keep it up the good work :)

Sorta new to art here's my attempt at pear #2. I feel like I didn't do the best at showing clear distinctions between different values in some areas although I'm sure I can improve quickly as I grow more comfortable with graphite. I'd be happy to receive any critiques.

Looks like you’re on the right track! Thanks for sharing. Heres a demo I made for this assignment. Maybe it can help you out with your next drawing.
