So I picked a Crocodille/alligator cause I never drew any of these. I made up a story or two actually. 1. She is a girl that stole mums make up and accessories to play pretend and she is playing she is the mum or something 2. She is a teenage girl going to prom or first date and is trying hard to impress. Do not know where the story came up but somehow it did and it helped me it eased me and made it even more fun cause I have no clue about these creatures and their anatomy so it was a bit of struggle and I used the first drawings to kinda test drawing them really. But I had real fun!

Very nice! Great lines and proportions as far as I can see. The design and overall execution give a beautiful image. Did you notice any difference drawing from live instead of pictures? It doesn't seem to give you any difficulties! 😁
Those were challenging objects and compositions, and you managed them well ! Your proportions feel really accurate to me, and I like the way you add light shading, just enough to get the sense of volume while keeping the drawings clean. It gives a nice industrial design look. Some of the straight lines could be more straight maybe? I'm thinking about the tripod for instance. The scale's line are better imo.

This is the first day of the two-week challenge. I'm not good at all with this kind of routine, so let's see where that goes. Anyways, here is a first "nature morte" (still life in English ?) with the random objects that laid on my desk and a little composition. I squeezed the drawing in the last 30-45 minutes of the week !
I'm trying to overcome my late laces-related trauma. :)
Also, I realize that the eraser-pen might come in handy for tiny areas which can ruin the global perception.
I totally understand iam trying to figure out when in the day would be the best time for this routine. But I think you did good job really and don’t be too worried about erasing :) you do not have to put in all details it is your drawing and no matter the reference you can choose what you put into the drawing :) enjoy the process :)
I think there is advantage in not having too much time cause if you have a lot of time you can easily get hang up over details and if its right or not if you don’t I think it can also be helpful because you need to be quick and make the decision fast and it stops you from worrying too much and makes you just do it :) itching Touareg doing a great job :)
Again great execution and selection of reference from which to draw! Perhaps try drawing from live as well if you have the opportunity? It might be a good way to push your skills even further.

Day 2: the shelf I drew too small and trying to draw so small I wasn't drawing confident strokes from the shoulder. The brushes I wasn't sure how to tackle, but I'm happy with the result despite some shaky lines when I should have stopped to think for a second instead of feeling it out.
These look good like they are from illustrated sketchbook detailing the daily life and objects and making notes on it. They don’t feel stiff they feel light. It kind of makes me thing of visiting friends how you walk in a notice these little things a mug with brushes or shelf with personal stuff that tells you about the person. Really give me a good light feeling not at all stiff and really have personal feeling I think..

After practicing things from the previous lessons I made these and started the 2 week daily challenge and I had so much fun just looking at these I get again the feeling of pure joy I had when making these I tried to find animals that I do not draw or have not even thought of drawing before just for the challenge of doing something new and the kissy face rhino just got me

Another attempt using broad markers in an attempt to limit myself from trying to be more detailed and focusing only on the shapes
