Man this was difficult, lol. I feel like I did a somewhat decent job and I am somewhat happy with it. I also sort of feel like my lines are messy but that's alright. Will just do better next time. I'm gonna try another attempt or two tomorrow I think. I can see now that I made him a bit long just cause I messed my measurements up a little, that's alright though. If anyone has any feedback or tips I would appreciate it.

Todays attempt. Honestly feeling like I did a lot worse, lol. My measurements were pretty off and I placed a lot of her features too high and just made everything sort of big. Everything is just very off, feeling a bit bad about it but maybe I will give it another shot tomorrow. I also have no idea how I messed the hair up that bad, making me laugh a bit.

I feel like I did an okayish job at this. Some are before watching the demo and some after. I have some weak attempts but also some that I feel are a bit better. Would love any feedback if anyone has any thoughts!

Eliza Ivanova and Peter Han master study. Big fan of these two and I had a lot of fun looking through their work. Going to watch the demo and do a few more, I really enjoyed doing this assignment and looking through pieces from people that inspire me. Open to any feedback if anyone has any :)

First picture is before the demo and second picture is after I watched it. I sorta forgot to include weight in the first try but the second looks a lot better imo. If anyone has any thoughts or pointers I wouldn't mind them!

Nice! I think the added weight in the second version really adds emphasis and pop to the drawings. The one thing I'd recommend is for the Hierarchy version, where adding a secondary line weight, a middle weight in between the heavy and light weights, inside the rhino could help establish a varying range of importance. Something like the eye/face would be a good example of something not as important as the overall outside outline, but more important than smaller wrinkles and folds. That way, the eye is able to move from one area to the next in an organized order. Hope this helps, you've done really good work so far! :)

I struggle to let things be on the messier side but I think I did okay. If anyone has any tips I'd love them
Great job! I think what helps me most in staying confident with my lines is to be super loose (use shoulder or elbow), overshoot lightly (or you can softly erase) then use darker lines on top to refine, still being loose.

Top is before demo and bottom is after. I noticed a lot more shadows and did my shading a bit differently, I prefer the second a lot. However, I did angle it somewhat wrong on the second with the left side but I noticed way too late. Feel free to offer any feedback
