Very nice! Are there any areas that you struggled with/are unsure about?

I enjoyed this exercise. I didn't add any shading this time round, as I wanted to focus exclusively on line and form. I can always add tone later I suppose. I love how everything connects together. Once you get into the 'meat' of it, it really is wonderful how all the pieces click, despite how complicated it can get.

My copies of Stans examples.

Really good! - In the bottom right drawing, the biceps feels a little small to me. - This is another supersubtle shading issue, but it's pretty intresting. Top right drawing: It feels a little like the pecs are flying above the biceps. Note how Stan is very subtly curving the pecs to wrap around the biceps before taking off to the ribcage. This makes it feel like the pecs are interacting with the cylindrical form of the biceps. Note also how his shading in that area is slightly different from yours; You happened to make the area he might light dark, and the area he made dark light. This might also have caused the flying effect. Hope this was useful :) Keep up the good work!
