The features are much too high on the head. The eyes are not level and kinda wandering. The ears are too big. The nose is too long. I hope that helps!

I think you overly shadowed the baby's face and dress losing focus on the light direction. If you look at the picture you can see the light coming from left and on this side of the baby's face and dress the shadows are light, while they get darker as you move toward the sofa and generally on the right side. I suggest you to try to smooth the darker tones of your draw focusing more on the light direction and I think you'll immediately see the benefit.
