Love the story telling on this one.
Thinking about Halloween, I decided to make it both scary and kind of cozy piece - still life with skull and pumpkin. I was inspired by 17-18th Century Dutch artists who painted mystic and comfy atmosphere so amazing. Happy Halloween to you all!

These are by far the hardest assignments i practiced with, at this point in the course. I had to draw my way through 23 exercises before finally getting the correct point of view. My process is: i pause the video before Stan starts drawing and i take my bet with the assignment. When i'm done i watch how Stan did it and correct my drawing as a reference for the future. Apart from my lineart, what i struggle with is to find the correct position of the landmarks. (I'm planning to redo all of the assignments again until i get them right.)
one great step that helps me is when dealing with puzzling out a tricky twist/ landmarks pose is to step away from drawing desk and try to assume the model’s pose oneself, and this will help tremendously to understand exact lean from front to back, tilt side to side, and twist of two boxes of robobean. Once robobean is in right place, landmarks are that much easier to place accurately. I hope that helps.

Haven't drawn in a long while and getting back to it at on a base level, but these feel like i'm starting to get the "story" aspect a lot more now.
30 sec quickposes
the pose can be completely understood from these 30 sec gestures. I think it is realy nice. with practice, the line rythm will improve as well, but i guess it is rather an advanced question (in 30 secs most of us struggle with understanding and representing the pose itself and -even if not at the first place - trying to get a bit proportion as well - let alone rythmic, beutiful lines :-)

I drew it digitally on my tablet, is that fine? I made sure to really focus on the simplicity of the gesture, so I hope I achieved that.
I think it is nice execution , with the silhouette too because it is simplified in favor of movement.
I would say to keep the silhouette out if you are really new. It is better to be focused in the gesture than the mass that describes that gesture. I mean, you see it. But you need to focus on flow of the pose and try to get it with just descriptive-simple line/s of action. Mass and silhouette if for later in the process.
Nice result anyway, keep it up!
