I like the rooster best. I tried to think about line quality at the same time as simplification. There are some ghost images from the other side of the paper :(

I think these got sketchier as I went along. Astro girl was my last. Lots of ghost lines I can hardly see anymore.

I think your edges are sharp, but you could simplify the value shapes a more to make them more readable. You did a very good job with the value range in this, and I like how you simplified the dark side of the face.
