More seals from reference. With the last three here I tried to be more loose and quick with my sketching. I have a tendency to get lost in copying the proportions, I do feel that I loose time and the purpose of most drawing exercises this way. But its a long time habit, trying my best to break from it.
And also, I mean, come on! I've spent a few minutes dying from laughter before drawing the last seal. Look at him! seals are hilarious XD
Any feedback would be much appreciated

Attempt 2: I would appreciate any feedback if anyone has any for me. Unsure if I did the gesture portion correctly. I feel like my lines have a decent amount of energy in them but it's still feels hard to put that concept into practice. Either way, thanks!
Love the energy! Nice confident lines. I see you've departed a bit from sticking to true proportions, but honestly it makes me like the shapes even better;) I guess would be nice to see more of those construction lines.

These were fun to do. Not sure how well I did with the construction of the shapes. I will attempt to do these again after watching the demo. Any feedback is appreciated.
These look like contour drawings more than shape-focused ones. Try using more construction lines, they'll make it easier to spot if different body parts connect nicely or not.

Man, I'm so tired of these structureless things... Yet, I now understand how someone designed Jabba the Hutt.
Nice shapes! You've simplified them enough to make a good point. Love the confident linework. Would be nice to see more of that gesture centerline. And the seal #4 (the one after iguana) looks like his body is slit in a strange way. But overall, great job!

Looks like his left eye should've been placed a dash lower ;)
I'd appreciate any criticism

This one took some time, and frankly lots of erasing and trying to execute the lines multiple times. I tried to do them in one pass, some still done in multiple passes tho. Face proportions are a bit off, but I didn't want to focus on perfecting that too much, it was a linework exercise after all. Any feedback greatly appreciated!
