i am also pretty new to drawing, but I would say focus on drawing male first as they are more angular so that you wont shift your focus to curve. I get it. Girls are pretty, n for the same reason, they are too pretty to draw until you get good at drawing male. Your assignment work seems good, it seems like the angle of the face it s a bit too straight, remember to check it with procreate or other free apps. Where did you place your reference, it seems like you may look at it from an angle? try to put it side by side at first, i find it more helpful to draw accurately
Pretty good! You definitely show understanding of using one-point perspective. I think some areas may look a bit off due to the slanting of the horizontal/vertical lines, especially when they are keeping together many angles in perspective, like for the shelf. It can help to lightly pencil in a general line before breaking it up into smaller sections, like for the edge of the shelf and the ridges for the door, to make it easier to tackle. Also, something to keep an eye out for is making sure the objects become smaller the further they go back into the vanishing point. When you spot some lines that seem to stay about the same size or grow further apart, like the window in this case, it's a good indicator to double check with the vanishing point. Hope this helps!
