Wowwww!!! These are really exciting, I'm so glad you used some online references, I love the simplification you are using, and I would recommend trying to simplify even MORE! I would have simplified the underbelly of the hawk (from the beak to the foot) to maybe two S curves, where you have 6 or seven almost straight lines, I would take the opportunity to try again and find where you can pull longer lines that simplify and show confidence more! This is really great work though, I love the fisher cats, and I think you are pulling some great lines in all of your drawings, maybe try tracing paper over the top and pull lines over the top of the drawing to simplify and add confidence in the stroke since it looks to me like you are worrying a lot about the proportions in tandem with the exercise. Good luck! Definitely post them and tag me if you decide to give these another go!

Would anyone like to join me in a study session type group chat? We'd meet every few days, watch the lessons, critique each others art, and so on. I'm only level 1 in this, and my line art isn't great, but that's why I want other people I can have conversations and critiques on each others art with, so I can see where I need to go and be kept accountable for doing the lessons. Dm me if interested.
