Had a fun time with this, making 2 little farm homes and a shed. I noticed after I drew this that I really should've came up with a horizon line, because the shed looks out of perspective with the other two houses, but all in all it was fun making. Any critiques would be nice, thanks!

Some rhythms practice, Done with the proko timer. Sorry that I don't have the references, the timer doesn't have an option to grab them after youre done drawing. Please tell me anything you see where I may have gone wrong or could improve on! thanks!

These look really good to me! We're these 1 min poses?

Finally finished mine. I started out really strong but then my brain just farted with the hippo. The anatomy is so so hard.

Hey! you're a much better artist than me so take my critique with a grain of salt, your discernment is probably much better than mine, but I think you hadn't exaggerated the square forms on the buffalo and the hippo enough. For an example, you made the ears of the square water buffalo much more pointy than they needed to be, the same goes for the chin and the horns of it as well. While It doesn't look aggressive, it also doesn't have the square sort of structured archetype feel that Matthew Mattesi described. Perhaps giving it a wider jaw and more broad features could help give off that large and strong feel rather than the slender and elegant or majestic sort of feeling it has. The opposite goes for the squared off hippo. I think you had made him too rounded, while he isn't as circle based as the circle baby hippo, the square one still has a very childish or friendly sort of feeling to it, because it's so round and soft feeling. they all look fantastic though

I have a discord server with only me and one other active member if anyone would like to join. The server is specifically for people to better their study habits and deepen their understanding of the concepts being discussed in any Proko lesson. Having a community around you to help you along in your art journey helps, and that's what I'd like to help build. Here's the invite, happy drawing! https://discord.gg/wX4C33Tq

My study notes on shape language and active shapes. I still don't fully know how to put these straight to curve shapes in my drawings, but I'll try to put it into my figure drawings in the next lesson. Thanks!

Finished the seals and sea lions drawings. Each one took me about 30 - 40 minutes, but I was getting faster and more confident near the end. Had a lot of fun with this one, but I didn't know when and how to exaggerate forms very well, so if there's any shapes in there that look like they could've been pushed or changed to make the drawings look more appealing please let me know. Any other criticism always welcome, Thanks!

Doing this assignment, and I spent about 40 minutes on this second drawing. I mainly got caught up on the flippers portion of the end. I got it finished up but still don't feel all too happy with the shape design of the tail flippers. Could you show me some different shape designs I could've used to make it look more dynamic?

About to get started on the seals tomorrow, but before that I did the fish without the demo, and then the fish after watching it. just as a little mini project to get me warmed up to my digital tablet after using traditional sketchbooks for a while.

You added a lot of energy and gesture by elongating the tail in the after drawing! Looks cool :)

My go at the lesson, Copied down the drawings I had seen. The two fishes are from the next lesson.
