I did a lot of practice for this lesson, the biggest struggle for me was the legs... can never seem to get the angle right!

Here I drew some balanced poses, some action poses, then attempted to make my own,
Maan, Stan was not lying when he said this wasn't easy 🥲

I guess I didn't do the lessons in order... heres my landmarks, took some extra time on this lesson to get the points down.
A few robo beans. I struggled a bit at first but I found it easier to start by drawing the entire torso as one long rectangle. I still get lost when it comes to the pelvic area, particularly when it is foreshortened...
Here are some of my lil beanses

Beans before watching demos and critiques. Was actually fun

Ink line studies after Roberto de la Torre. I really liked working with my much neglected pigma brush pen.
Also, what is the story for this Conan guy. I was laughing the entire time I was drawing him, he is so grouchy! I imagine he hasn’t eaten lunch and he is very hangry. Reminds me of my toddler.
Anyway any critique would be lovely 🩷

My awful snail. The shell is screwed up on the back end with proportion, though I tried to just make single stroke CSI lines as the focus. The darkened shade was to practice the previous stage, but not really, it was more to sharpen my pencil a bit as I couldn't find my sharpener. Y'ont know me.

I think the exercise went well (maybe I need more wrinkles in the hand, but it not bad in my opinion), so I didn't do a second version after watching the demo & critique, but I did an additional example - Akali from League of Legends
