added comment inProko Challenge My Life Movie Poster - FINAL SUBMISSIONS HERE
Hello everyone, this is my submission for the challenge
Synopsis:
Bob is an artist that keep hating on his own works. In order to improve, he embraces the master studies. Little did he know, arts is never about what he think as he walk thru a mysterious fantasy world.
Sorry for the half-ass graphic design work. Idk how to, so i just make some room for some texts in the bottom part.
Hope you guys like it, have a nice day~
I am in love with the classic painted Hollywood movie poster aesthetic, especially horror ones. It's amazing how busy, bright and colourful they were compared to their modern counterparts! So, I've decided to take every artist's nightmare and the story of my life essentially, and turn it into a classic scary flick. Enjoy! I'm sure you all can relate ;P
Painted digitally from scratch.
The Date doesn´t correctly match with the time, the c64 existed...
took myself the freedom to mix this up...
Hello! here is my submission for the Proko Challenge (:
for a year I've been struggling to draw consistently because of the pain on my hand , and it greatly affects my income and mental state while drawing as I cant focus on the piece, at first I wanted to make a more serious poster but that doesn't really sit well , as I like drawing wacky stuffs more, hence the cheesy B-movie themed poster.
had fun making this one as it not only let me explore stuffs I wouldn't normally go to in art , it also helped me look at my life as of now , went on an emotional ride while thumbnailing and choosing themes for the poster i wanted lol
i hope you enjoy the picture and goodluck to everyone joining in on the fun!

Great Studies @Rathciel I did a slight draw over for one of your mannequinizations where the proportions just seemed slightly off, mainly due to the size relationship between the torso and the hips. Otherwise, all of these drawings you've done are really solid studies.
I think you might be able to take it to a slightly higher level by using a different mannequin. I took a look at some of your personal work and it seems like you've had some experience with figure drawing/painting. I've attached an image of one of the mannequins that Stan uses, and I think you may be ready to try doing some studies using that mannequin. The weird thing about the mannequin that you are currently using is that it's abstract enough so that the legs can be placed in several different spots in relationship to the hips, and it still feels 'correct'. With a slightly more complex mannequin, we can assess if you're able to assemble the figure in a way where everything fits.
Again, solid work. Hope this helps!
Hello everyone, Here's some studies i did last week. Trying to breakdown figures into forms based on @Antonio Stappaerts lesson on Proko channel. Not ready to get more anatomical and still using simple forms. Critiques are very much appreciated! Have a nice day :)
