hi. i draw since i can remember. at childhood it was just fun like any game. it was a game for me. i took it seriously and go to art class when i was 20. i really love cartoons and caricatures and i had ideas i wanted to draw. i have adhd . it made my progress slower. but i loved drawing so much that i continued. im 38 now. 18 years past since i took drawing seriously. i have art blocks somedays and somedays i question myself like you about drawing. and i stoped drawing for a few days and even weeks some times. but i always got back to it. because i feel useful when i draw. and im good at it. u need to love drawing so u can continue practicing because its a hard road. and it needs a lot of persistence.

hi. its ok. u learned the basics but u didnt mastered them yet. in a few years and with practice u will make less mistake. and ur first attempts will be better. its not just about drawing a circle in prespective. u must be able to see and find it in different subjects. it always be another subject that is new and have challenges. even stan prokopenko had trouble with drawing animals at first except gorillas. u certainly saw the video on youtube. because he is familiar with human forms and not animals. its completely normal.in another word different subjects have different use of fundamentals. dont be discourage. it means there is a lot of things to leran and thats exciting.
hi. forget about outlines of the body. the goal here isnt to draw a recognizable body or face or arm. its just finding and drawing a simple maniquin for the body. the details will come later. dont rush it. and dont worry. if u draw details now it cause u to not see the big forms of the body

I drew this Benedict Cumberbatch caricature just now. I posted three other caricatures too but they’re not here. I don’t know what happened

Aaaahhahahaaaaa!!! I love this first one so much! It's so fun.
I think the composition of the elements of the face is perfect, the scale of the ears eyes nose mouth and chin all work really well together.
I think the first one is great as is, for the sake of exploring, something that may embellish it more is if his shirt collar was extremely small to contrast and draw more attention to his mouth. Perhaps even aggressively angling his shoulders downward to create an arrow shape pointing up towards his mouth. You've already kind of got that going on from the top with the way his cheekbones are directing your eye down towards his mouth.
These are great, you can tell you had fun :)

Good likeness. But exaggeration could be more. Of course that is a personal taste. But if you want to know the face structure better and challenge yourself on the knowledge of the anatomy of the face. Definitely use more exaggeration.
