I just would like to know if I should keep using ink or if I should switch to another medium?

"This looks easy!" *Draws* "This is hell, why am I doing this?"

I attempted the shown poses while he explained and then looked how different my result was. I'll continue.

Hey Michael, this takes time, and you are on the right path. My two cents for you are focusing on the drawing and not on the aesthetic part. I mean by that is, try to explain what you see more than stylizing what you see, at least for a while. :) You can insert the design aspect later. Once you get the hang of it, you do both at the same time. :) Remember, walk, then run. <3

Hi Michael ! Try to connect the mid-line (action line) through the upper body with the action line of one of the legs if the standing pose allows. This makes the feel of the pose read much stronger. Good work!

Second batch gesture drawing. Tomorrow I will move on to the second video.

I used the "Poses for Artist - Mallory" lots of straight head on poses, which are difficult. I feel like I'm doing it wrong.

good studies. Look for the pose's balance by looking at the placement of the weight bearing foot under and in relationship to the head. Visualize a plumb line running up from that foot and see where the head is in relationship to that line. Hope that helps. Keep going your doing good!
