Here's my sumbission. I was using Photoshop and reference images from my private gallery
Hi! It's too cold to paint outside, so I gathered some photos that I took in different regions of my country. This challenge was a blessing because I wanted to get back to paint sketching. All paintings done in thick used watercolor, I dont own gouache yet.
Thanks for looking!

Asked for help
Hi! I'm Joel Chin, a freelance illustrator from Singapore. Here is my small portfolio. My goals are to do more polished illustrations for video game companies and animation companies. I've had some small successes with freelance work and was in a couple of studios in the past, but currently I do not have enough freelance work coming in to nail it full time. Any feedback on what I could work on is much appreciated. Thank you Proko for this opportunity and I hope everyone has a great light box expo 2021!
Hi!
Here's my submission based on three references: armor, jellyfish and leaves.
I really enjoyed brainstorming on this, hope you'll like it!

Hello, My name is Danea (30), and I’m a Colorado based fantasy illustrator, creature designer, and wildlife artist. I have a BA in illustration and have been a partial professional artist for a while but aspire to be an illustrator full-time instead of relying on a non-art day job. My artistic goals ultimately include creating creatures for TTRPGs, while also possibly illustrating creatures and concepts for other games or books. I’m also open to the possibility of creature design concept work for cinematics/movies as well.
Here are a few of my creatures and illustrations out of my portfolio.
Any feedback or critiques welcome.
Thank you all for your time and the opportunity!

Hi! I'm Oliwia and I'm from Poland. I study at Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz but I cant specialise in anything I want there (like anatomy or illustration, concept art), soooo I'm basically self-taught (big thanks to youtube and art books!). My aim is to apply to CD Projekt Red in a year (I like this company, I like their games and artstyle, they're based in my country etc) and I would like to hear your thoughts.
My main assets are fast learning and being able to conform to somebody's style, since I dont have any developed style of my own and I like learning different approaches. I haven't tried working professionally anywhere yet, I've only been freelancing this whole time, so I dont have any experience regarding this industry, I dont know what to expect, what should I focus on etc. Thanks!

Hello! This is my entry and I’m super excited to participate in this Proko challenge! And its a self portrait.
This story is about an aspiring artist who has to overcome his greatest weakness; not finishing a single drawing, for the reason that every time he draws, another idea arises; or maybe he’s just lazy. (Drama, Comedy, Adventure)
On a serious note, This represents my self as an artist at the moment. Through my art journey, I have always made my self envious to other people that can draw or paint better than me, but recently i have come to terms that I am in a starting level than those artist who I admire; and thats okay.
One thing is for sure though, my skill level as an artist is not yet finished.
Hi!
Here's my submission. Although Im young, I very often feel overwhelmed by technology, new updates and stuff coming out every month. Sometimes when I learn about something technologically surprising I feel like Im already living in a cyberpunk world. I feel lost browsing my computer's settings and all that complicated hidden folders. I can't keep up with the Ipad's updates, changing gestures and icons, I always have to google them and learn from scratch.
So I think this movie would be a thriller/horror and that's what I aimed for.
It was my first time painting a robot, so... yeah, it was tough. I prefer classic anatomy.
