The top row is just the painful process of me rewatching this video and following along with unlimited time. For the bottom row, I thought I was ready for time trials, but I couldn't do anything that was even worth looking at within 5 min, so I did the remaining time trials at 10 min. Pretty intense--really have to know your brushes ahead of time.

Here is my study of apples. This time, I had the opportunity to try different colors. The first two look pretty similar, but I like the last one the most.

I remember in art school (many years ago) having to draw an artichoke 200 times... of course as a youth I thought it was really dumb, but I can still draw an artichoke from memory 20 years later :)
