I did these before watching proko's example. Critiques are welcomed

Great lessons. I really like the focus on structure and shape as dictated by position and function. Stan makes it seem so simple.

Here the last post of this chapter. Thought I’d put half a butterfly in.

Hi @Sita Rabeling, really nice studies! The placement of the origin and insertion points look pretty accurate and the robo beans look really good! - The muscles look a bit flat, as if they were tattoos on the surface of the forms. This easily happens in a tracing because you try to outline what you see on the surface. I would go further; rather than tracing what appears on the surface, be an X-ray machine and show how the the leg is built. Just like the ribcage fills up a box, the butt muscles take up 3D space. - The muscles, especially medius and TFL, look to short. The illiac crest starts much higher. It might help to do some studies of where the illiac crest is (I've had to do this many times.) It might help to try find it on yourself. You might notice how close the top of the pelvis is to the bottom of the ribcage, for example. Also, keep in mind the difference between male and female pelvises. When Stan draws the robo bean, he follows the angle of the obliques rather than the illiac crest (How to Draw Obliques – Anatomy & Motion at 05:35). This can be good to keep in mind when doing these. Hope this helps :) Keep up the good work!

Have been working on these today and also practiced drawing the robobean, because I still make mistakes.
