can not help you guies enough, this was so important I am working so freaking hard that I can barely attend any classes productively due to burn out I am gonna plan my schedule more effectively with better rates of recovery input so I can wield much better output than I am getting right now.

Carol Dweck was my first point of contact with the Fixed vs. Growth Mindset. I read her book on it when I was in my early 20s, absolutely changed the way I learn and teach others. Great show, as always! Building community is a funny thing, you two have a point about there needing to be a "Group Mom", or as I've heard it, a "Super Node" in the way a good teacher can be.
