Seeking Critiques for my portrait drawings

I've recently picked up drawing again after an pause of several years. Although I love to draw any subject, I try to focus on portraits. But i'm feeling i'm not progressing as fast as I want. Attached are some of my latest drawings. Any critiques are really appreciated. Thank you for your time!
Hey Geert-Jan,
Your drawings are pretty good, especially the first one, and the one of the Rock is a good likeness. I think what you could do to improve is by adding structure like Mr. Jones suggested, it will help you line up your features. I did a couple of draw overs to show you what I mean. I hope you find it helpful :)
Your portraits are nice. One thing you could focus on improving is shading. Your shading is not bad, but if you gained a stronger understanding of how light and shadow works, you could create an even stronger illusion of reality. I would also focus on form/structure some. Make sure that underneath the hair the form of the head makes sense. You can also look at photos to see common proportions and angles (like for your woman in profile). Here are Proko videos on the features and drawing the head from different angles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6-bCgRmcko&list=PLtG4P3lq8RHHFhiyjXP4UT-yUo7pC13GQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EPNYWeEf1U&list=PL39135B8D190B7C97

These are beautiful! Love the lighting on the first one and the profile on second is elegant. Her ear looks a bit off as far as structure and same with the first image. I used to have trouble drawing ears and finally spent a week on the anatomy and structure of them and now it's so fun to draw. The third one feels like there are issues with the features not sitting on the same angle head tilt. Here is attached an image showing the ears in a different alignment from the other features. Hope that helps! Beautiful work and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your drawings!
