Here's my submission. It's not finished I just didn't want to do go to bed before colouring and wake up to see the competition closed 😅. If it's not closed when I wake up I'll try finish it with some colour. Who says that the God of the Sea can't live in style?

Final character sketch done with colored pencils and white gel pen on newsprint, quick ideation sketches done on sketch paper with ballpoint pen. I can see that the anatomy specifically the hands are very off I hope that doesn’t take away from the characters idea. Any feedback appreciated. He lurks in the darkest parts of the void an ancient evil banished waiting to be unleashed upon our world, theory has it that he already has conquered it by invading humanities thoughts with whispers of evil. With every action obeying those whispers he grows stronger and stronger every uncleaned floor, every littered can, and every plastic bag loosens his bonds to the void, until one day he has the strength to break free. happy drawing

Once upon a time, a poor couple wanted nothing more than a son to help them cope with their hard work. Their prayers were answered, and the woman gave birth to a strong son. As soon as he reached the age of seven, the parents decided to retire and let their child do all the work. The boy refused, and even threw the mob against the wall. Then the mother cursed him to clean the house, the yard and the sandy path and to keep everything always clean. The parents died and the boy became an old man and finished cleaning the sandy path. But he still cleans. Whenever a child forgets to clean somewhere, the old man comes and cleans. He puts the dirt in the childerns beds or rooms so that they are motivated to clean. Thus he saves others from the curses of their parents.

I made a crime fighting, cyborg mop man! When everyone's favourite janitor met a tragic end during a sanitation accident, scientist were able to fuse his mind with his favourite mop. When the world needed him most, when there was too much cleaning left undone, the Mediator of Purification (MoP for short) was born! Whether it's cleaning up crime from your neighbourhood streets, or that spill in isle 6, he will be there!

Hey everyone! I am not sure if it is in time or not but anyway here it is. I really thought I was going for mask but I ended picking up glasses :D It turned out pretty cool along with those dreads (Tried to keep leaning pose for her similar to that map with that fence). I call her Maple.

Hey everyone! Meet Mr.Nagaraju (King of cobras). He is the head of the tribe that worship cobras, hence the turmeric powder on his face and the king cobra's hood tied to his head as a crown. Though he seems crabby, he is generally a pretty chill guy and loves Nagini dance and his community. As I come from South India, I try to keep the references as much as possible to the culture here. And I found it really fun creating a character out of the prompt using the references I am familiar with. #KeepingItReal. However I realised now that this looks pretty similar to the god Vishnu. Hisssss (sighs in cobra)

Did some sketches, and the little clean-freak knight caught my eyes. Rough color because i finished at 3 am, but! then I remembered that Mop in spanish is "Trapero", which is also the name used for those who do Trap Music, so Lil' Fiesta came to the party lol
