This is really cool. Love the use of colors that harmonize well together in this painting. The cooler background colors complementing the warmer flesh tones of the face.

Very Nicely done. Not sure who this is, but painting looks to be pretty solid. My only concern is the lighting. There may be multiple lighting, but it appears to me that the light is coming from the upper right (his left), but his left ear is in shadow and his right ear/side of face is highlighted. I also like how you have the subsurface scattering effect on his ear. Nice Job.
