I'm not an expert on this, so take this with a grain of salt, but I feel like doing small breaks for stretching will go a long way with relieving pain the next day!

Asked for help
I wanted to ask a pretty basic question. I am loving these lessons and I’m finding that my thirst to draw has increased. I pretty much have been drawing every night and usually a couple of sketches during the day. I have by no means mastered any of these lessons. I’m wondering what I should be drawing when I’m not doing these lessons. I have been drawing from books and photos but I feel like I’m just copying. Are there any other things I can be doing to start learning things like volume, rhythm, Etc. Should I just keep repeating the past lessons?
So I have been drawing pretty much every day dedication at least 2 hours a night but I also get a few drawing in during the day. Lately my back has really been hurting specially just below the shoulder blade. Could this be from my table being to high or my chair too low? When I’m drawing nothing seems uncomfortable but the next morning my back hurts. Any tips or tricks? Thanks in advance!

Doing some warm ups and discovered a fun warm up using loose sketching and tapered strokes for a different type of mushroom.
