I fixed the pear a little bit and some improvements on the portrait (compared to the previous one). Maybe needs a bit more work but I dont know in what part.

Take your time with shading. Try to put in clean values. Same tone. Take your time with the lay in. Be picky with the proportions. Watch Stan's Demo and go from there. He mentions some useful bits of information

Second try at this and I actually followed the instructions

Second attempt at this. took the critique from the previous try and now probably less curvy lines.

Here is my attempt at this practice. couldn't attach all of the pictures I used for reference only some of them. followed the practice and drew these with loose lines.

Hey there :) There's a lot of curvature and organic quality to these, but I think introducing more definitive tension/pinch points with sharper angles to act as a counterbalance can really push these to the next level. I would also recommend trying to find size variations throughout the form, looking for a larger contrast between the widest and narrowest areas to add a more dynamic quality.

this was a new thing for me because I've never done that before. I used the technique of measuring from the tip of the pencil to the thumb as shown in the video. the reference picture was small when I measured it so that's why it probably looks a bit squashed down. any tips and feedback are appreciated.

I was struggling with the first attempt so this actually my second. I did the rooster and buffalo portraits with some detail maybe just to get the idea but then I did them again and simplified them. I'm not good at drawing animals so it was nice doing this one

This is my attempt with Knight Zhang. the page is a bit messy with lines on the side. I chose something that wouldn't be too complicated and that I could draw considering my quite simple style. this was my first time doing something like that and was actually very fun to do.

Did this one digitally with two versions. One with thicker lines when it's close and the second has a thick outline.

The first attempt of this practice is quite messy. I did another try at the penguin and the hand and they are after the reference pictures. I tried to say loose but maybe it's too loose and also a bit too small. I struggled with the girl a bit but did draw it as close as I could.

Here is the practice I did of the simplification. the first two pictures are the first attempt at that and after that the next day I did that again which came out better I think. the second attempt is after the reference pictures. I didn't do the boots on the second try because I think they looked quite good on the first one but I could be wrong. feedback is appreciated.
