Just finished the boots, I'll come back and add the rest when I do them. The laces were very tedious, but I was able to finish them!

Tried to do no texture with the camel, besides a few rocks on the ground.

Started off with a few thumbnails then attempted them in graphite and ink. Went ahead and tried the more advanced one, but seemed to struggle with actually blocking out the shadow shapes while retaining the volume of the actual head.

Hi, here are some gestures I’ve drawn today. Feel free to leave critiques please any advice would be appreciated!
I would say, just for the sake of saving paper, not to draw just one pose on each page. That's up to preference, though. More power to you either way :)

Hi, I did some gesture drawing today. I felt the first few I was trying to be too detailed so I decided to try and make them more basic towards the end. Just need some feedback, thanks! (This is my first day taking the course and any feedback would be helpful thanks!)
Try not to look at the lines as contour lines, but more the direction of movement you want to communicate. The Mike Mattesi video's on force may help you with that.
i would say you began to oversimplify and that you should try adding some contour lines because they look very flat like flat stanley
