Nice design Nicolette. There are a few things that I think could help you with your drawing. To start with, the torso is too long which makes the legs and arms look way too short. Also make sure you think about gravity and the way it will effect her clothing, especially the tears in the pants. I did a quick sketch to show you what I mean, I hope it helps :)

hey! love the idea of an insect/human morphoid. I think if you want the eyes to become focal point, you can make them a distinct shape? Maybe the shape of a honeycomb to show she is not fully human!

hey! first I like the two characters and how the branch breaks the scene with a diagonal composition, I'd say because your lightest value is the girl in the back holding a light source of some kind, you need to create a sense of foreground, midground, and background. I would start by making the branch the darkest since it is the closest to us, then the midground which is the man should be your next darkest tone. That way, she stands out more and creates a good emphasis and entrance point to your piece!
