I got really tied up (no pun intended) on the laces. Just trying to determine how to approach them without confusing each lace. Very fun project that I plan to revisit.

My pear and materials. I have pages of lines and doodles which I am finding to be very relaxing.
Nice work! don’t be afraid to put down those shadows, a good exercise that may help is having a darkest, middle, and lightest tone then breaking up the shadows you see on the pear into three sections with those tones.
