i designed this cover for the writer of this book. Its a book about a post apocalyptic magical world with empires , mutated creatures , armies and wars. i just didnt know this competition was going on and was made aware at the very last moment so i submitted this. Hope this follows the criteria of the work :)

This is my submission for this month's challenge; the mother of lemurs. :D I used the organic refs such as the leaves, grasshopper wings, fruit, but mostly the fluffy lemurs!

Her name is Minokampos (kampos means sea monster in ancient Greek). She is the younger sister of Minotaur. Her biggest passion is playing music, however playing certain instruments can prove to be rather tough, when you have the head of a seahorse. She has been pondering how to play the trumpet for several days already and so far has had no luck. References used - seahorse, trumpet, rock on seashore, musicians with horse masks.

It was a historical battle for the throne of Mada Gaskaar .They say King Julian ,who finally won the battle and defeated the Titanic giants , didnt come back the same. Julian always had a smile plastered on his face afterwards. He knew he could never show weakness, not even to mourn his brothers . But in starry nights when matters of the state were done and all of his kingdom slept "Move it!" he would say under his breath... sometimes. "Move it!" ...even when he stood alone in the night ..remembering his fallen comrades .A meaning that was only known by him and those who were no longer with him. ---- This was a fun project that just snowballed into this illustration. thankyou for the opportunity hope you enjoy

Leap of Faith My film is an animation film for children (not 3d rendered), created with CSP. It's a film for the heart but also funny. The story is about a girl, called Holumpa, her cat and her teddy. They live in a dull grey multi-story building. Something is weighing on the family, on the whole city. One night they wake up and see a tiny colorful creature hopping out of the window, they decide to follow it and reach a cliff. Way down below pink, sunny clouds hover over some strange magical buildings. The tiny creatures jumps right into the clouds and the three decide to take a risk and jump after it. Of course they find a wonderful, magical, strange world and encounter many dangerous and funny adventures. Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith to find new wonderful places. Maybe we have to leave a bad place behind or we just have to leave a comfortable but dull place to find new inspirations or happiness. It takes a lot to leave the known behind, jump into the unknown, even if you don't like the place you are in. I chose this theme as representation for the last years of my life, I didn't want to go to literal and deal with the death of my child in this challenge so I transformed it into this story and fosed on the new beginning. After some dark years I had the chance to change my life radically, I needed courage and trust in myself and it was sometimes overwhelming, but I did find this metaphorical great magical world. And of course I too had help from some wonderful persons and also a cat :D.

Hi everyone , this is my submission for this month's Proko Challenge . This was a good task as it forced me to reflect on my life . I havent done any extraordinary feets of bravery , neither am i a superhero or have great anecdotes but one thing that i find occuring over and over again in my life is my ability to jump into new stuff and work hard . I sometimes dont succeed in the main objective, sometimes i do but these leaps of faith do end up moving me to a better place than from where i started . I feel that my faith in myself , others and life in general is a very special thing to me. The movie that would be made from my life would be an animated anime style slice of life where the main character goes through a simple life where he goes to school and sees a couple of school fights as really important but in the grander scheme of things , his dedication , acceptance of the unknown and wild imagination helps him move forward. the tests in school once considered life and death are forgotten , the fights have faded from memory . New friends made , old bullies forgotten . all that remains is the wonderful imagination that the main character has to help him move through life. What will happen next? we dont know . All we know is that we must have faith . :) (sorry for the bad english)
