using 1 inch as one cranial unit makes it about 12 inches (30cm) so it's 1/6 life size scale. 1 1/2 inches makes it about 1/5 scale and 2 inch cranial unit is about 1/4 life size scale.
heres a cropped version not edited otherwise and actual pic with outer edge done in goldleaf. A stylized self portrait i did recently on a trekell oval wood panel, oil done allaprima 9"x12" the highlights are done using a stregatto technique, ive also included a close up pic to see details and brushstroke.
