Hey ikencu2021, I like your drawing, its got great gesture. What I'm noticing is that your figure is lacking in anatomy, which has been mentioned already. There are also some proportion problems, especially the head and arm. I'm not familiar with the reference that you used, but I feel like you could add some movement to the hair as well. Also there is a major twist going on, and your missing opportunity to show it. I did a quick sketch of your drawing the way I think it should look based on my experience.
