Your second layer adds many strong and accurate details, and your linework is solid. But just for the main assignment, your rhythms are also excellent. Great work.

Asked for help
Did a break down of Herschel Hoffmeyer artwork and some other studies of Glen Keane and Aleksandr Kayda. Also did a few animals from google. Thinking about simple forms while doing these, also tried keeping the lines flowing:)

are we supposed to be just listening/watching this or drawing along.? is this a lvl 2 demo? im confused haha
draw everything in every demo/video and you will get better. You wont improve by watching.

Drew a couple of trolls and then made up a pose for the final. Feels like my mind got that from Warcraft or something. Used the face from one of the trolls i sketched as referance, but changed it up.

Drawing spiders was a lot more fun when in the mindset of simplification. Takes away the pressure :)
Wow! These are wonderfully done! I love the segmented legs of the spider and how they change in sharp angles. The snail has a beautiful flow to it with those well done cross contour lines! Great job!
