What do you think is the best approach for reliably being able to color pick/choose the right colors from reference pictures?

Good question!

Hi Stephen, I have two questions. The first one is what are some exercises I can do to practice getting my sketches more anatomically correct? The second one is a question to you personally. Do you worry about color in the beginning of the planning process, like before the painting or do you start worrying about that when you start painting? (In paintings where you don't choose the colors directly from reference) Thank you and can't wait for the stream!

Hi Stephen, I've heard a lot of other artists saying that a good reference picture is really important, so how do we tell if the reference picture we pick is good enough to use? And just curious, but what art school did you go to? Thank you

Proko has made a section of a video about this. The video is "Five common shading mistakes". Jeff Watts also made a video about it.

Hi Marco, I have a question. Do you know any recommendations for websites where you can find good reference photos for a lighting study? Thank you
@elbashimmerkit
Hello Dom and Kristian. I just joined the stream and I have two questions. The first one is how would you apply lighting to deep underwater scenes since lighting also tells part of the story? Would you be limited to blue and green light hitting your subject or how can you incorporate other hues like pink or yellow? The second one is what exercises would you recommend to beginners to practice storytelling with there paintings? Hopefully my questions make sense. I love the stream so far.

I don't know why it says at the end.
