I like these, especially the edge contrast between the hard cast/occlusion shadows and the softer half-tones and form shadows.
My immediate suggestion for improvement would be to darken the shadows (and also the half-tones a little bit), especially the cast/occlusion shadows.

Unfortunately time was not on my side couldn't finalize the piece, due to work schedules and life in general, but I think I came up with a cool idea for a demon prince. Graphite on ledger paper

yo this is bad ass, id love to see you darken it up, itd look sweet. but time was definitely crunched on this one, i feel that
