I think that the shading on the abs make them appear more spherical especially on the males and are a bit hard to read.

The core shadow on the bicep makes it look like a sharp corner sort of like a box, I think that there should more of a gradation, Also if the side of the pec is in shadow and the bottom of the delts, the top of the bicep should also be in more shadow

The shading looks good but there's a lot of outlining going on! Also I think some neck muscles are missing.
Here is my submission for this months art challenge. This movie is called “The Voyage”
When I saw that the theme of the challenge was a “My Life Movie Poster” I knew exactly what I wanted to create. For the past year I’ve been working on creating a fantasy world filled with mermaids, harpies, sirens, pirates and more. My biggest problem is that I’m terrible at writing and coming up with stories, so I’ve contented myself with drawing one scene at a time, hoping that I’ll be able to tie the individual scene together down the road.
This challenge has given me that opportunity to pull those fantasy pieces together into one movie!

Here is my submission! All done in coloured pencils! The theme is fantasy, titled Eyespy.
P.S. When viewing the original image, it appears a tad bit blurry and I'm not sure why. However, zooming in seems to help.
