Here's my assignment, it really enjoyed this one. I dont really like the way the hyena looks (looks a bit on the clownish side) and i kinda of messed up the ellipse for the elephant's trunk (and it doesnt help that the tusk was in the way of the silhouette of the ellipse either), but working with shapes really helped me breakdown what im seeing and also make it look more 3d!

After having realized that i didnt simplify enough, i did a second pass and simplified a lot more. Not a fan of the first three cuz theyre not recognizable as baboons. Last one is my favorite as he retains the spirit of the baboon more

Here's a Hornbill I drew. I'm not satisfied with the perspective (especially with the tips of the wings) but here it is!

The tips of the wings look great! You could try adjusting the rest of the wing. Maybe that would help the perspective.

While working on these I remembered Stan mentioned to make them extra sketchy, but it felt too fake of me to add extra scribbles in the end so kept it as is. (Or maybe this was the amount of sketchiness he was asking for?)

Hello, here are mine. The laces were tough. Also i went a little too detailed i think with the boot zipper (So i didnt do the other boot) That table the snail is on is a testament that i need to practice my straights more
